A smooth and creamy ice cream with dollops of Biscoff spread is going to become your new favorite summertime treat! No-Churn Biscoff Ice Cream is so easy to make and even easier to love.

Stir together sweetened condensed milk and half of the Biscoff spread, then set aside.

Microwave the remaining Biscoff spread, then set aside. Beat the heavy cream and vanilla. Fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture, then stir in chopped Biscoff cookies.

Layer the creamy mixture and dollops of the melty Biscoff spread alternately, then swirl everything together.

Top with some more chopped Biscoff cookies and freeze.
