Twice Baked


Salty and crisp baked potato shells stuffed with light and fluffy mashed potatoes, cheese, and bacon. These cheesy potatoes are a family favorite side dish and go great with any meal!


Start by baking the potatoes. Slice them in half and scoop out the flesh. Put the potato flesh into a bowl and place the potato shells into the baking dish.


Add the butter, sour cream, milk, chopped bacon, cheese, garlic powder, paprika, green onion, salt, and pepper to the potato flesh.


Mash and stuff the potato shells with the filling. Then, top with shredded cheese.


Bake, then top with chopped bacon and chives. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
