1/4 cup olive oil
3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonhoney, or more to taste
1clove garlic,minced
Kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Store in a jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
To make vegan, use pure maple syrup or agave instead of honey. You can easily double this vinaigrette recipe.
