Recipe from Two Peas and Their Pod
Easy Chocolate Covered S’mores Graham Cracker Sandwiches made with peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers, then dipped in chocolate and finished with graham cracker crumbs and flaky sea salt. An irresistible no-bake summer treat!
9graham cracker sheets, broken in half (18 squares total)
9tablespoonscreamy peanut butter, like Skippy or Jif
9tablespoonsmarshmallow fluff
1 3/4cupschocolate chips
Crushed graham cracker crumbs,for garnish
Flaky sea salt,for garnish
Instructions
Make the sandwiches. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on 9 graham cracker squares. Spread 1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff on the remaining 9 graham cracker squares. Gently press the peanut butter and marshmallow halves together to make 9 sandwiches.
Melt the chocolate. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and melted.
Dip in chocolate. Using two forks or a dipping tool, dip each graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, turning to coat completely. Lift the sandwich out, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off, then place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Garnish. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle with crushed graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Set. Place the chocolate-covered sandwiches in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes, until the chocolate is completely set. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Use creamy, no-stir peanut butter such as Jif or Skippy. Natural peanut butter can be too runny and may ooze out of the sandwiches.
Work gently when pressing the peanut butter and marshmallow graham crackers together so the filling doesn't squeeze out.
If you don't like peanut butter, you omit the peanut butter and use more marshmallow fluff.
Add the graham cracker crumbs and flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet so they stick.
Store the finished sandwiches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
