Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hummus
  • 1 cup tzatziki
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Pita chips or warm pita bread, for serving

Instructions

  • Spread the hummus. Spread the hummus evenly onto a serving platter or shallow serving dish.
  • Top with Tzatziki. Carefully spread the tzatziki over the hummus.
  • Add the Toppings. Sprinkle the feta cheese evenly over the top. Add the tomato, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and red onion. Finish with the fresh dill and parsley.
  • Serve. Serve immediately with pita chips or warm pita bread for dipping.

Notes

  • English cucumber works best because it has fewer seeds and stays crisp.
  • Dice the vegetables into small, even pieces so they're easy to scoop.
  • You can assemble the dip a few hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate, then add the fresh herbs just before serving for the best flavor and appearance.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
