Grilled Brie with Peaches is a fantastic summer appetizer that combines creamy, melty cheese with juicy peaches, chopped candied pecans, fresh basil, and a drizzle of sweet honey.
1tablespoonchopped fresh mint or basil leaves,for garnish
Flaky sea salt,for sprinkling
Crostini or crackers,for serving
Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
Brush the olive oil over both sides of the brie.
Place the brie on the grill and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the brie feels warm and soft on the inside. When flipping the brie, use a spatula, being careful to not break the brie open. Don't overcook the brie or it will melt out and make a mess.
Transfer the brie from the grill to a platter. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey and top with diced peaches, candied pecans, and mint or basil. Drizzle with the remaining honey and a sprinkle with a little sea salt.
