Quick & Easy Chicken BLT Wrap
If you’re looking for a quick, crave-worthy meal that checks all the boxes—fresh, flavorful, filling, and fast—these Chicken BLT Wraps are about to become your new favorite.
They’ve got everything you love about the classic BLT (crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce) with a protein-packed twist from tender chicken and creamy avocado. But what really takes them over the top? A homemade ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt that’s light, tangy, and totally addictive.
Perfect for lunch, dinner, meal prep, or even a picnic, these wraps are versatile, easy to make, and way better than anything you’d grab from a drive-thru. Ready in about 15 minutes and packed with real, wholesome ingredients, this is a recipe you’ll turn to again and again.

Tips for the Best Chicken BLT Wrap
- Warm the wraps before assembling: Cold tortillas tend to crack or tear when rolled. To make them more flexible, heat them for 15–30 seconds in the microwave or briefly warm them in a dry skillet on the stovetop.
- Save time with rotisserie chicken: Using store-bought rotisserie chicken is a great shortcut—it’s flavorful, already cooked, and makes assembling these wraps even quicker.
- Prep your bacon ahead of time: Cook the bacon until crispy and store it in the fridge—it doesn’t need to be warm when added to the wrap. For a lighter option, turkey bacon works just as well and still gives you that satisfying crunch.
- Add extras: Red onion, shredded cheddar, or even a few pickles can take these wraps to the next level.
- Make it gluten-free: Swap in your favorite gluten-free tortillas to accommodate dietary needs.
- Meal prep tip: Keep the ingredients separate and assemble right before eating to avoid sogginess.

Chicken BLT Wrap
Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
For the wraps:
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken, we use rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 4 flour tortillas or wraps. 10-inch
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken, lettuce, bacon, and tomatoes and toss until well coated in the dressing.
- In a large pan, warm the tortillas over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds per side, just until they are pliable. Place on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep them warm. Alternatively, you can warm them in the microwave in between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.
- Place the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture between the flour tortillas, placing it in the center of the tortilla. Place the chopped avocado on top. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito-style.
- You can stick a toothpick in the center to help keep them closed. Cut in half or serve the wraps whole.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I make these ahead of time? You can prep all the ingredients in advance, but for best texture, assemble the wraps just before eating. Otherwise, the ranch can make them soggy.
- Can I use store-bought ranch? Of course! But I highly recommend trying the homemade version at least once—it’s tangy, herby, and much healthier than most bottled dressings.
- What kind of chicken works best? We use rotisserie chicken to keep the recipe super simple, but grilled chicken breast, baked chicken, or pan-seared thighs also taste amazing if you want something a little juicier.
- How do I store leftovers? If the wraps are already assembled, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day. Keep in mind that the wraps may get a little soggy. For best results, store all the components separately in airtight containers and assemble when ready to eat. The ranch will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

My husband loves this so much that I have to make more for our road trip Sunday.
