• Fennel Italian Sausage Links
• Italian Sausage Links
• Yellow Onions
• Bell Peppers
• Tomato Paste
• Red Pepper Flakes
• Dried Oregano
• Chicken Broth
• Salt and Pepper
• Parsley
• Zucchini

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add sausages and cover the pan and cook. Transfer sausage to a cutting board and slice. Set aside.

Add olive oil, onion noodles, and bell pepper noodles to the same skillet. Cook. tomato paste, and stir to cook the vegetables. Add the red pepper flakes and garlic and cook.

Return the sausage to the pan and add the oregano and broth. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover the skillet and simmer. Uncover and simmer. Stir in the parsley.

Transfer to a serving platter or bowl and add the zucchini noodles. Toss and serve.
