Our boys are full of personality and say the most hilarious things. We started a notebook so we could jot down all of the crazy, funny, sweet, and random things our boys say. Every day we are adding something new. You never know what they will say during the day, especially when they are together. The conversations they have together are always the best. The smoothie is made with pumpkin puree, milk, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, a little pure maple syrup, banana, and JELL-O’s new SIMPLY GOOD Vanilla Bean pudding mix. JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD is made with no artificial flavors, dyes or preservatives. The pudding is made with real vanilla bean and adds a nice vanilla kick to the pumpkin pie smoothie.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This easy pumpkin pie smoothie tastes just like pumpkin pie. It is the perfect fall treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • frozen banana peeled
  • 3 tablespoons  JELL-O Simply Good Vanilla Bean pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the milk, pumpkin puree, banana, pudding mix, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and ice cubes in a powerful blender. Blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into two glasses and garnish with extra cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.

  2. I have issues with my gut. Lots of adhesions. I need things that like smoothies but nutritious. I can’t eat lots of fiber. I’m real limited on what I can eat. If you have suggestions I would love it. I need simple and easy for after work or make ahead. They have to be soft soft soft. I need help.
