- We had a blast at College Game Day. The boys got to fire off the big cannon and they met Alex Smith.
- The World Series was an exciting one until the very end.
- We had the football team over for the end of the year banquet last night. Such a good group of boys.
- A good sweater.
- Have you tried our white chicken enchiladas? You should.

- On the blog this week, a twist on a classic and one of my favorite holiday recipes got a refresh! Don’t skip this one!
- I am loving my fall walks. I don’t want this weather (or season) to end.
- My favorite two pairs of earrings are on sale (one and two). Plus, you get a free tennis bracelet with purchase!
- I finished Nobody Wants This. The show did get renewed for season 3…so now we wait!
- Such a pretty top and sweater.
- Don’t miss the Geometry sale! Get 35% off with my code TWOPEAS15. They are my favorite towels. I love giving the tea towels for teacher gifts, neighbor gifts, etc. The holiday collection is so fun too!
- I can’t wait to cook from Ree’s new book!
- I love this packable jacket, lots of colors too!
- When it gets dark at 5:00, I want to go to bed at 5:00. Anyone else?
- This cardigan is in my cart (this one is cute too). I also love this pullover.
- Do you eat the same thing for breakfast every day? I usually make a protein smoothie, but I might have to switch it up for something warmer soon. Maybe egg bites or baked oatmeal.
- A fun rug for the holiday season, comes in lots of sizes.
- I am working on my holiday gift guides. They will be on the blog SOON!
hey girl- Great list! Yummy food and cute clothes. Cute family pic. I try to switch up my breakfast- yogurt parfait and homemade egg Mcmuffin. So yummy! Have a blessed day!
I love a good yogurt parfait!!
Great photo from College Game Day! Can’t wait for your holiday gift guides. The holidays arrive so fast even with lots of advance preparation.
I am having fun putting the holiday gift guides together. I can’t wait to share!
I recently moved to a retirement residence. No burner or oven. Do you have recipes, especially dessert, that are made without the use of these?
Thank you,
Tami Reiken
Hmmm, that is tough. Maybe my puppy chow or fudge?? You can use the microwave!
Hi Maria,
I’m kind of a nut for the English language and proper pronunciation, though I try not to be a nut about it with other people…. But that said, can you please email me and tell me how to say your last name? (Does it rhyme with flighty?)
Thanks so much,
Nancy in N.C.
Our last name is Lichty and is pronounced LICK-TEE.
