I made your crispy chicken caprese cutlets that you shared last week. My family loved them. The guys loved them with no balsamic glaze & my daughter & I loved lots of the glaze. Either way, they were yummy & left you feeling full but not gross/stuffed. I highly recommend this for a lovely light summer meal.
