Lemon Cream Bars


When life gives you lemons, make lemon cream bars. When life doesn’t give you lemons, go find some lemons so you can make lemon cream bars. I’ve always been a fan of lemon bars, but these lemon bars are extra special. The creamy lemon filling is surrounded by an oatmeal streusel crust and topping. Double yum! Plus, they are super simple to make.

Lemon Cream Bars are the perfect dessert for Spring. I think I will make another batch for Easter. Josh loved them and asked if they could be a regular dessert in our house.   2. I love lemon bars too and this looks like a great twist. My SIL made some lemon bars at Easter and used some lemongrass to give them an Asian twist. Hope you had a tasty Easter! ๐Ÿ™‚
