1. The weather has been crazy this week. It was hot and then we had snow, then we had rain, and now it is warming up again! I am ready for some solid sunshine.
2. New this week: the most heavenly sweet rolls and a simple and delicious salad. And don’t forget to enter our giveaway!

8. Curry is back and that makes my heart happy! I’ve missed him:) He makes basketball so much fun! We are going to the Jazz vs. Rockets game tomorrow night. I would love for the Warriors and Jazz to play in the next round, my two favorite teams.

On a totally different topic…I know your boys love your chickens. I just came off of the DC Eagle cam site and as I was connecting to your site, I was thinking your little guys might be interested in checking in on the Bald Eagel nest in the Washington, DC Arboretum. As of this morning, the nest has two newly hatched chicks. It is a fun site with lots of information and the site hosts a  live chat at specific times each day, allowing  observers to ask questions about the nest, the eaglets and Bald Eagle behavior. It is truly fascinating to watch a wild nest. The link is: dceaglecom.org

I make blender salsa as well and it’s almost the same recipe. I use honey instead of sugar. It is the best stuff ever!
