Weekly Meal Plan

Use this weekly meal plan to get dinner on the table every single night of the week! Enjoy!

Monday (5/16): Stacked Sweet Potato and Black Bean Enchiladas– Our family loves these easy enchiladas!

Tuesday (5/17): Eat leftover enchiladas for dinner. Serve Cheesy Guacamole and chips on the side.

Wednesday (5/18): Spring Quinoa Bowls– The perfect healthy meal for spring!

Thursday (5/19): Roasted Cauliflower and Cheddar Soup– I love making this soup because my boys love it! It’s a great way to get the kiddos to eat their veggies! Serve crusty bread on the side!

Friday (5/20): TGIF! Make homemade pizza using our favorite Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough! Let everyone choose their favorite toppings!

Saturday (5/21): Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffins make a great weekend treat! Go out or eat leftovers for dinner!

Sunday (5/22): Buttermilk Oven “Fried” Chicken with Roasted Broccoli and Glazed Lemon Cookies for dessert!
