Happy Saturday! Are you gearing up for another busy week? Let us help you get dinner on the table! We have lots of dinner ideas AND some fun holiday treats for this week. Enjoy!

Week 47

Monday (12/7): Spinach, Artichoke Pesto Tortellini Soup– All of my favorites in one soup! Dinner is going to be good tonight!

Tuesday (12/8): Three Cheese Grilled CheeseCheese, cheese and more cheese! My kind of sandwich!

Wednesday (12/9): Creamy Spinach and Cheese Green Chili EnchiladasEnchiladas are one of our favorite weeknight meals. These are easy, cheesy and delicious!

Thursday (12/10): Enjoy leftover enchiladas for dinner. Serve Black Bean, Pomegranate, and Avocado Salsa on the side with tortilla chips!

Friday (12/11): Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Tacos– Tacos aren’t just for Tuesday! We love these healthy tacos! Make Peppermint Bark Chocolate Chex Mix and watch a movie! TGIF!

Saturday (12/12): Baked Eggnog French Toast– We love this holiday baked French toast! Serve fruit on the side! Eat leftovers or get takeout for dinner. I am going to turn on some holiday tunes and do some baking! These cookies are on my list: White Chocolate Dipped Snickerdoodles, Candied Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies, Lime Coconut Snowballs, and Soft Gingersnaps. Yay for cookie season!

Sunday (12/13): Sausage and Potato BakeAn easy one-pot comfort meal for a lazy Sunday with the family! Enjoy a Apple, Gouda, and Farro Salad on the side and serve Raspberry Almond Shortbread Bars for dessert!
