Updated May 13, 2020
We have another tasty week of meals ready for you! All you have to do is go grocery shopping…and do the cooking. I wish I could help with those things, but I am doing what I can:) I hope you are finding these meal plans helpful! Enjoy!
Week 14:
Monday (4/20): Kale, Strawberry & Avocado Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing and Caprese Garlic Bread! Dinner is served! Beware, you will fall head over heels in love with our Caprese Garlic Bread. It is the BEST!
Tuesday (4/21): Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos– we love these loaded veggie nachos!
Wednesday (4/22): Asparagus, Goat Cheese, and Pistachio Flatbread– this easy and healthy flatbread is perfect for spring! It is almost too pretty to eat. Almost:)
Thursday (4/23): 5-Ingredient Spinach Parmesan Pasta– you only need 5 ingredients to make this amazing pasta dish!
Friday (4/24): Roasted Cauliflower Grilled Cheese-I can’t get enough of this sandwich! Bake Mud Hen Bars for dessert. I am not sure where the name comes from, but trust me, these bars are delish!
Saturday (4/25): Banana Pancakes– the perfect way to start the weekend! And if you happen to have leftovers, put them in the freezer! They freeze beautifully! Go out, get takeout, or eat leftovers for dinner!
Sunday (4/26): Spinach and Artichoke Quiona Bake-quinoa, spinach, artichokes, lots of cheese, and a Parmesan panko topping! This quinoa bake makes a great meal! For dessert- if you’re a chocolate fan, you have to make this Double Chocolate Loaf Cake. It is a chocolate lover’s dream! Serve with whipped cream or ice cream!

You’re right: I’m definitely going to fall in love with the caprese garlic bread! And sweet potato nachos takes my love for sweet potato chips to a whole new level of yum!
This is a great meal plan! Wonderful options!!!
The caprese garlic bread looks delicious! Just have to find some good red tomatoes.
Wonderful meal plan! All are budget friendly as well as healthy options. Thanks for the insightful information.
I love your meal plans ! I must admit I use it more as new and creative side dishes, for hubby and the boys love their meat (beef, pork, chicken & turkey) and seafood as the main dish.
The garlic bread will be made tonight !!
Feel free to add meat to the meal plans. I am a vegetarian and we eat mostly vegetarian. Josh will sometimes add chicken, pork or fish on the side! These meal plans are meant to be flexible!
While I absolutely love your Caprese Garlic bread recipe, I refuse to pay the higher off season prices for product (tomatoes and basil) that will be in abundance , not to mention taste so much better a few months from now!
I know, I just couldn’t wait! We will eat it once now and all of the time during the summer:)
