Weekly Meal Plan {Week 41}

This week is loaded with fall flavors, including some fun Halloween recipes. Enjoy!
Week 41
Monday (10/26): Loaded Baked Gnocchi– The ultimate comfort food! Warm, gooey and cheesy!
Tuesday (10/27): Buttermilk Oven Fried Chicken– if you like fried chicken, you will love this easy baked fried chicken! Serve a yummy Roasted Butternut Squash Orzo Salad on the side.
Wednesday (10/28): Roasted Cauliflower & Cheddar Soup– This comforting soup is perfect for a chilly evening.
Thursday (10/29): Take a night off and eat leftovers. Make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread to snack on this week!
Friday (10/30): Pumpkin Pizza with Crispy Sage– We love this fall pizza and it is the perfect recipe for Friday night pizza night!
Saturday (10/31): Butternut Squash Black Bean Tostadas–Happy Halloween! The orange butternut squash, black beans, and blue corn tortillas make this a festive meal for Halloween night. Make Twix Caramel Popcorn to munch on while you watch a scary movie!
Sunday (11/1): Vegetable Lime Chickpea Chili– I can’t wait to enjoy a flavorful bowl of this warm, hearty and healthy chili! A chili the whole family will love, especially with some Zucchini Cheddar Corn Muffins. Make Peanut Butter Snickers Brownies with leftover Halloween candy!
