Monday (3/16): Roasted Mushroom and Gruyere Toasts-crusty bread topped with garlic, roasted mushrooms, thyme and melted Gruyere cheese! So easy and so good!
Tuesday (3/17): Happy St. Patricks Day! Start your day with our favorite Green Smoothie! Enjoy Creamy Avocado Pasta for dinner, it only takes 15 minutes to make! Serve Get Your Greens Salad on the side. Celebrate with Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies for dessert! Yay for green!
Wednesday (3/18): Asian Salad with Soy-Ginger Vinaigrette– this salad is full of flavor and far from boring! It has carrots, seaweed strips, avocado, cilantro, sesame seeds, and a soy-ginger vinaigrette!
Thursday (3/19): Brie, Fig, and Apple Grilled Cheese-this gourmet grilled cheese is easy to make at home!
Friday (3/20): Greek Pizza– if you are a fan of Greek Salad, you will love this pizza. It has all of the same ingredients and flavors, but instead of a salad you get pizza! Enjoy some of these Lemon Coconut Crumb Bars-an easy dessert that is perfect for spring and summer!
Saturday (3/21): Strawberry Ricotta Scones are a delicious weekend breakfast or brunch treat! Eat leftovers or eat out! You deserve a night off!
Sunday (3/22): Creamy Goat Cheese Pasta with Spinach and Roasted Mushrooms is comforting to the very last bite. Also, enjoy this easy side dish Green Beans with Lemon and Feta Cheese and Chocolate Peanut Butter Lovers Brownies for dessert!
