Weekly Meal Plan

It’s Saturday and that means it’s time to think about what’s for dinner next week. Plan now and you will be grateful later! We hope you enjoy this week’s meal plan!

Monday (6/8): Grilled Avocado and Vegetable Tacos-these easy veggie tacos are perfect for Meatless Monday! Serve chips and Pineapple Salsa on the side!

Tuesday (6/9): Easy Summer Pasta Salad-serve watermelon slices on the side and Lime and Coconut Crumble Bars for dessert.

Wednesday (6/10): Spinach and Artichoke Quinoa Bake-if you like spinach and artichoke dip, you will love this quinoa bake. It is a favorite at our house!

Thursday (6/11): Eat leftovers for dinner and make Flourless Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies for dessert.

Friday (6/12): Pear and Blue Cheese Flatbread-this easy flatbread is always a hit! I love the flavors combination. Serve a simple green salad on the side.

Saturday (6/13):  Raspberry Coconut Crème Brûlée Oatmeal-this oatmeal may sound fancy, but it is super easy to make! Eat leftovers or eat out for dinner!

Sunday (6/14): Sausage and Pepper Skewers-Josh and Caleb love these sausage skewers. I always make a few plain veggie skewers for me:) Serve Tabbouleh Salad on the side and Blueberry Coconut Crisp for dessert!
