Quick Summary

The Best TV Shows to Binge Watch! Sharing my all-time favorite TV shows, past and present! Plus, my favorite snack recipes to make for tv watching sessions! You’ve gotta have snacks!

I love getting wrapped up in a good TV show. When the kids go to bed, I love turning on a show before bed and sometimes I rewatch my favorite shows while I work. It’s always nice to have something on in the background:)

I often get asked for recommendations, so today I am sharing my all-time favorite shows, past and present. There are so many good ones!

I am also sharing some of my favorite snack recipes because good snacks are a MUST when you are into a good show, especially if you are watching with friends and family!

The shows aren’t in any particular order, I think they are all binge worthy! And don’t worry, you can still watch most of the “oldies but goodies” thanks to the many streaming services out there.

  1. Oh my gosh… I know I am dating myself but I would include ER….I mean, George Clooney…and LA LAW. Both shows were well written, very “current” in their day and introduced the public to some amazing actors.

    1. Oh yes, ER is a good show. I don’t know if I watched the entire series. I better watch it all!

  2. Another good one to binge watch: Ted Lasso (on Apple TV+). There’s a whole lot of heart and humanity in it.

  3. As soon as I saw this, I raced over here to read! I am right there with you on favorites. I don’t know how I forgot about Nashville! Only difference – Yellowstone absolutely hooked me last summer.

  4. The West Wing!!!! We’ve watched it 2x already. Try Madam Secretary. It’s no West Wing but sill good!

    1. The West Wing is the BEST! I will check out Madam Secretary. Thanks!

  5. I liked The Crown. Right now I’m also loving watching reruns of Frasier and Cheers. Also The Morning Show with Jen Aniston and Reese Witherspoon is awesome. They’ve been working on the second season I think.

  6. We seem to have similar tastes in shows- give Younger a try. Same creator as Emily in Paris and Sex and the City

  7. I like all the Chicago shows Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and Chicago Med. I also like the CSI shows Miami, NY,Las Vegas, This is US, Survivor, The Walking Dead, The Amazing Race. I sure there are others I love to watch.

  8. One of our favorites from years ago was White Collar. No sex, no deaths but quite intriguing and watch them in order because the last episode is a corker.

  9. The Rookie!! It’s a cop show (not the movie) I am very picky about TV shows and it does not disappoint. I’m obsessed.

  10. We have been binge watching Madam Secretary. I LOVED it when it was on and watched every episode but that has been a few years. Watching it again and I still LOVE it!

  11. As a family, we love The Middle.
We have enjoyed watching Wednesday with our teens.
And the hubs and I finished Mare of Easttown last month.
