Tuesday (5/24): Roasted Mushroom, Kale and Goat Cheese Tacos for Taco Tuesday!
Wednesday (5/25): Creamy Tomato Orzo Soup– Greek yogurt is the secret to making this tomato soup extra creamy! Serve a simple green salad on the side.
Thursday (5/26): Whole Wheat Zucchini Pancakes– Our boys gobble up these pancakes! Don’t tell the kiddos they are made with zucchini, it will be our little secret. Serve fresh fruit on the side.
Friday (5/27): Greek Pizza– Mix up pizza night with this fresh and tasty Greek pizza!
Saturday (5/28): Sip your Saturday away with Strawberry Mango Smoothies! Get takeout or eat leftovers for dinner.
Sunday (5/29): Creamy Avocado Pasta with Melon Arugula Salad with Honey Lime Dressing. Enjoy Coconut Lime Loaf Cake for dessert!

Menu looks great -= i’m going to have to try making the tomato orzo soup – looks yummy – I’ll also have to make the avacado pasta….I’ll try to take pics when I make them but I have to warn you that I’m a dreadful photographer….lol
