  1. Wow, Maria, you really went above and beyond with this easy access to 50 of your wonderful Vegetarian dinner recipes. This will help me tremendously in cooking for the Vegans in my family (I am not one of them!) as I am often at a loss as to what to cook for them versus what I am also cooking for the family carnivores. I can serve meat/poultry/seafood on the side with any of these recipes. Yay! You’re a lifesaver! Thank you.

I am the only vegetarian in my family, and I often eat only the non-meat items from the dinners I cook for my family (not satisfying at all).
