Happy weekend! This week we are sharing lots of great dinner recipes, including ideas for Father’s Day! Make sure you bookmark or pin this one! Happy meal planning!

Monday (6/15): Guacamole Grilled Cheese Sandwich-easy to make and even better to eat! Serve cut up veggies and fresh cherries on the side!

Tuesday (6/16): Melon Arugula Salad with Honey Lime Dressing-A refreshing summer salad! Serve grilled chicken or fish to go with, if you wish! Leave room for some Pineapple Sorbet for dessert!

Wednesday (6/17): Cheese Ravioli with Lemon Basil Butter Sauce-A crusty loaf of bread is a perfect compliment to this pasta dish!

Thursday (6/18): Quinoa Salad with Edamame Cucumber and Avocado-this quinoa salad is a great healthy dinner choice! Serve with watermelon slices!

Friday (6/19): Open Faced Enchilada Veggie Quesadillas-this recipe is fun to make and topped with all of my favorite veggies! Make Salted Caramel Butterscotch Blondies for dessert!

Saturday (6/20): Yeasted Belgian Waffles-make the batter Friday night and cook the waffles Saturday morning! Top with fresh fruit and whipped cream! Treat yourself to some takeout for dinner!

Sunday (6/21): Happy Father’s Day! We are treating Josh to his favorite Cinnamon Streusel Pancakes for breakfast. For dinner, we are having Josh’s famous BBQ Chicken Pizza and Key Lime Tart for dessert!
