Get your grocery list ready because we have a crazy good meal plan for you this week. My tummy is growling already! Enjoy!

Monday (3/7): Avocado Toast with Eggs, Spinach, and Tomatoes- Start your week with this easy and healthy recipe. Serve a simple fruit salad on the side!

Tuesday (3/8): Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken– Serve this easy Mexican chicken over Cilantro Lime Rice.

Wednesday (3/9): Use your leftover Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken to make tacos! Serve Mango Guacamole on the side!

Thursday (3/10): Spring Pasta Salad– I have spring fever and I can’t wait to enjoy this simple pasta salad that is loaded with spring veggies!

Friday (3/11): Roasted Tomato Basil Soup with Grilled Cheese SandwichesClassic comfort food tonight! YAY! Make Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites for a fun treat!

Saturday (3/12): Lemon Chia Seed Pancakes with Roasted Strawberries– Saturday morning is for pancakes! We love these healthy pancakes topped with juicy roasted strawberries!

Sunday (3/13): BBQ Chicken Pizza– The boys love this pizza! Serve a simple green salad on the side! Make my favorite Fudgy Brownies for dessert!
