Awesome recipe round up. Healthy eating doesn’t need equal bland, boring food – and these post really demonstrates that. Our activity level took a nose dive after Baby Boy was born, so we’ve been trying to eat healthier even if not exercising as much (hard to motivate yourself to get on the tread mill when you’ve only slept 4 hours – I’m sure you know!). Great round up – looking forward to trying some of these out.
    Happy New Year!

Wow, there are SO many great options to consider on this list – I don’t even know where to start. I’m especially loving that so many of your healthy options are rich in fiber. Getting enough fiber on a regular basis is a great start towards eating healthier.
